Is there an itch you just can’t scratch in classes? Or maybe you’re not 100% comfortable stepping into a studio just yet. Or it simply doesn’t work with your schedule.

Perhaps you’re after a cute couples activity that isn’t drinking wine and arguing over what to watch on Netflix (no shade, that’s how my boyfriend and I spend most evenings…).

Or, like my journey into Yoga, a part of you needs healing and you’re looking for someone who can carefully walk that path with you.

You can work with me on a private basis, either online or in person. Here are some things I offer:

  • Prānāyāma and breath work

  • Yoga for anxiety and stress relief
